Ace Tire is a tire shop in Miami, Florida. It is listed at 5975 NW 82nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166, which places it among the local businesses of Miami that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as wheel store, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

I'd like to start by saying that this review was in no way solicited. I simply felt compelled to share my positive experience so others know how Ace Tire treats its customers. I was referred to Ace Tire by a family friend and purchased four new tires. Unfortunately, after only a month and a half, two of the four tires turned out to be defective, and the tread had worn down far more than it should have. I was understandably frustrated because I never expected to be dealing with tire issues so soon. I believe the tires left the factory with a defect, while Ace believed the problem was the result of a poor alignment performed by another shop. Regardless of the cause, Matt and Rick were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding while I was dealing with the situation. More importantly, they took care of me and made things right. They went above and beyond by replacing the two defective tires and upgrading them to premium high-performance tires at no additional cost. Many businesses may have simply pointed to the disagreement over the cause and left me to deal with it, but Ace Tire chose to put customer service first and made sure I left satisfied. Alan from Ace is extremely professional and ensured I had a great experience. I purchased 4 new tires and a set for a second vehicle same day. Mount and balancing services are optional but prices are competitive and I will be a returning customer. Thank you!

Matt at Ace Tire provided outstanding service from start to finish. His knowledge and honesty really stand out, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. As a new customer, I really appreciated how fair and transparent the pricing was. It’s hard to find shops you can trust, and Matt and the Ace Tire team definitely earned my business going forward. Highly recommend.

Ace tires down here in Doral FL opens at 7:30. There’s one spot on inside the building for overnight parking if you feel safe.. check-in hour before your appointment time and they will get you set up to a door as soon as possible. And they also very friendly.
